Australia-wide delivery

Delivery is arranged to the delivery location specified in your sale agreement. Contact our team to confirm service to your nominated address before proceeding.

Payment and transport

Under clauses 2 and 3, the vehicle purchase price is payable by bank transfer in full within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. The delivery charge is separate and payable in cash on delivery. It is not part of the vehicle-price bank transfer. If your order includes an agreed deposit, only that deposit is due within 24 hours of the invoice; the remaining balance follows the dispatch, after-delivery or fixed-date terms stated in your sale agreement. Delivery can be arranged once the deposit is confirmed.

The agreement allows 24–48 hours for payment validation. Delivery is arranged after confirmation of payment under clause 4. Our team will communicate the delivery date and provide recorded tracking updates; the agreement does not promise a general 3–5-business-day delivery window.

At handover

The registration certificate and transfer-of-ownership form are delivered with the vehicle, with the necessary endorsements. Your 15-day inspection period begins when you receive the vehicle, and you may choose an independent, appropriately qualified mechanic.

Agreed delivery date and delays

After payment validation, we confirm the delivery date in writing. Changing it requires your written agreement. If the agreed date is missed, a single payment of 5% of the vehicle purchase price is due within 24 hours after that date; it is not a daily charge. If your order includes an agreed deposit, only that deposit is due within 24 hours of the invoice; the remaining balance follows the dispatch, after-delivery or fixed-date terms stated in your sale agreement. Delivery can be arranged once the deposit is confirmed.

If delivery remains incomplete 30 calendar days after the agreed date, either party may terminate by written notice. Repayment of all sums paid must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving or issuing the termination notice, together with any unpaid 5% late-delivery payment. Transfer confirmation is provided; bank processing may affect crediting time. A 5% payment already made is not paid twice. These benefits are additional to statutory rights. For events beyond reasonable control, the affected party must promptly notify the other and reduce the delay where reasonably possible. Such events do not remove the delivery, refund, transport-damage or 5% payment obligations. Clauses 4(b), 6(a)(VIII), 13 and the force-majeure provision follow this same rule.

Payment receipts under review

A payment receipt uploaded before the invoice deadline suspends reservation expiry while our team reviews it. Acceptance confirms payment; rejection ends the hold. After rejection the original deadline applies, so a deadline already passed can release the reservation. Uploading proof is not itself confirmation of cleared funds.

Notices by email

Reply to the email that delivered your contract, using its sending address. This is the notice address stated in clause 11. Notices are received when delivered to that email system. If you receive a delivery-failure message, contact our team and resend. We acknowledge your notice within one business day, but acknowledgement is not required to start the refund deadline. Keep a copy of your email.
